| Support & Maintenance
Support & maintenance for SilentPrint Pro and SilentPrint Server is included with the purchase of an annual licence. For SilentPrint Office and SilentPrint Office PLUS it is optional.
Annual support & maintenance includes the following:
- Premier telephone and support ticket contact with the FunAsset support team;
- Cover between 09.00 and 17.30 GMT, Monday to Friday;
- 2 hours telephone and support ticket response to severity 1 issues;
- Bug fixes resolved in an agreed time scale;
- Notification by email of software updates and patches.
NOTE: Responses to support questions for users without annual support & maintenance are normally issued within 5 working days.
All prices are GBP(£) and include VAT where applicable.
